Slovenian Table Hockey Federation is very happy to announce that both Slovenia Open 2021 and World Club Championships have been confirmed. Tournaments will be held in Kranj on 23rd and 24th of October. We would like to thank the ITHF Executive Committee, all the national federation and club representatives and of course all the players for their patience and cooperation.
More information on tournament venue, accommodation and traveling options is available on http://tablehockey.eu/. The page will be updated in the next few days. Slovēnijas Galda hokeja federācija sveic visus spēlētājus uz Slovēnijas atklāto 2021. gada (Pasaules tūres supersērija) un Pasaules klubu čempionātu 2021. gadā, kas notiks Kranžā 23. un 24. oktobrī.
Kā tas bija pagājušajā sezonā, nav garantijas, ka patiesībā izdosies noorganizēt abus turnīrus. Pašreizējā situācijā abi notikumi varētu notikt, taču, tā kā valdības ierobežojumi COVID-19 dēļ var mainīties ļoti ātri, līdz oktobra beigām tas varētu nenotikt. Tomēr mēs esam par 95 % pārliecināti, ka ārvalstu spēlētājiem, lai ieietu Slovēnijā un piedalītos turnīros, pietiks ar vakcinācijas sertifikātu vai negatīvu ātro antigēnu testu pat tad, ja turpmākajās nedēļās situācija mūsu valstī nedaudz pasliktināsies. Bet katram gadījumam mēs ieteiktu visām komandām un to spēlētājiem iegādāties (elastīgās) lidmašīnas biļetes pēc iespējas vēlāk. Ļubļanas lidosta atrodas tikai 5 kilometru attālumā no turnīra norises vietas, taču tuvumā atrodas arī citas lidostas ar lielisku satiksmi ar mūsu galvaspilsētu Ļubļanu (30 minūšu attālumā no Kranjas ar automašīnu / autobusu / vilcienu). Trieste, Venēcija (Marco Polo un Treviso), Zagreba, Vīne un pat Milāna (Malpensa un Bergamo), Boloņa, Bratislava vai Budapešta piedāvā visas iespējas. Mēs arī iesakām rezervēt naktsmītnes ar bezmaksas atcelšanas iespēju (varat sazināties ar mums, lai saņemtu palīdzību). Pusdienas (un vakariņas) tiks nodrošinātas tuvu turnīra norises vietai abās dienās.
Uzaicinājuma un dalības apstiprināšanas termiņi kopā ar maksimālo komandu skaitu no katras valsts WCC ir ierakstīti turnīra noteikumos
(ithf.info/stiga/ithf/docs/wcc_rules.htm), taču kopš 2021./22.gada sezona globālās pandēmijas dēļ ir nedaudz atšķirīga, un mēs saskārāmies ar dažām problēmām, nodrošinot norises vietu Kranj pilsētas centrā (Slovenski trg 1) Abi turnīri kā mūsu ierastā vieta nebūs pieejami ierobežojumu dēļ, no mūsu puses jau ir nedaudz kavēšanās, par ko mēs vēlētos atvainoties. Mēs sazināsimies ar visām nacionālajām galda hokeja federācijām par to dalību abos pasākumos. Tā kā mēs varam nodrošināt dalību PČ vismaz 30 komandām, ar ITHF ir panākta vienošanās, ka katrai nacionālajai federācijai ir iespēja nosaukt 3 dažādus klubus, kuri piedalīsies turnīrā. Pēc tam mēs cieši sazināsimies ar katru atsevišķu federāciju, ja paliks kādas vietas un būs iespējamas turpmākas nominācijas.
Galīgais lēmums par WCC 2021 rīkošanu tiks paziņots vismaz līdz 3. oktobrim. Minimālais dalībnieku komandu skaits turnīram, kas tiks rīkots, tiks paziņots drīz.

Slovenian Table Hockey Federation welcomes all players to Slovenia Open 2021 (World Tour Super Series) and World Club Championship 2021, which will be held in Kranj on 23rd and 24th of October.
As that was the case last season, there is no guarantee that it will actually be possible to organize both tournaments. In current situation both events could take place, but as government restrictions due to COVID-19 can change very quickly, that might not be the case by the end of October. We are however 95 % sure that either certificate of vaccination or negative rapid antigen test will be enough for foreign players to enter Slovenia and participate in the tournaments even if the situation in our country deteriorates slightly in the following weeks. But just in case we would advise all the teams and their players to buy their (flexible) plane tickets as late as possible. Don't hesitate to contact us via our email namiznihokej@gmail.com for us to try and find the cheapest and fastest flights possible. Ljubljana airport is just 5 kilometers away from the tournament venue, but there are also other airports nearby with great connections with our capital Ljubljana (30 minutes away from Kranj with car / bus / train). Trieste, Venice (Marco Polo and Treviso), Zagreb, Vienna and even Milano (Malpensa and Bergamo), Bologna, Bratislava or Budapest all present themselves as possible options. We would recommend booking accommodations with possibility of free cancellation (you can contact us for help) as well. Lunch (and dinner) will be provided close to the tournament venue on both days.
Deadlines for invitation and participation confirmation along with maximum number of teams from each country in WCC are written in tournament rules
(ithf.info/stiga/ithf/docs/wcc_rules.htm), but since 2021/22 season is a bit different due to global pandemic and we faced some problems with securing the venue in the Kranj city centre (Slovenski trg 1) for both tournaments as our usual venue will not be accessible due restrictions, there is a bit of a delay from our side already, for what we would like to apologize. We will be in contact with all national table hockey federations about their participation in both events. Since we can ensure participation in WCC for at least 30 teams, it has been agreed with ITHF that each national federation has the opportunity to name 3 different clubs, which will take part in the tournament. After that we will be in close contact with each individual federation if there will be any places left and further nominations will be possible.
Final decision whether WCC 2021 will be held is going to be announced at least until the 3rd of October. The minimum number of participating teams for the tournament to be held will be announced soon.

* notiks Kultūru vidusskolā (Rīgā, Ganību dambī 7, ja kāds nezin);
