A cafe will operate in the building, which will provide an opportunity to have lunch. Considering that there is not much time during the competition break, we plan to organize a lunch package that can be paid for with a special pre-paid ticket.

If you book in advance, the cafe will also offer breakfast and dinner.

Option 2 - Wolmar****

The hotel has 27 rooms available (3 SGL, 22 TWIN/DBL, 1 One Bedroom Apartment (1 Junior Suite sold out!) and an option to add 4 extra beds. This gives the option to stay for 55 guests (not counting Team Latvia).


By using the special code "table hockey" the price for TWIN/DBL room is 85 EUR/night. Junior Suite is 90 EUR/night. One Bedroom Apartment is 100 EUR/night. An extra bed costs +30EUR/night. Breakfast is included.
Please note that a single room (75 EUR/night) + an extra bed (30EUR/night) may cost 105 EUR/night.
Also please take into consideration that extra beds are more suitable for children up to 18 years of age.

How to get to Valmiera?

From Riga to Valmiera you can get by bus or train.
A bus travels aprox. 2h 10 min and costs 4.85 EUR
A train travels between 1 h 44 min and 2 h 18 min and costs 4.40 EUR

How to get around in Valmiera?

From Valmiera Bus station ("Autoosta") or Train station ("Stacija") you can take the local bus Nr. 7 or 5.
Bus driver sells tickets and the cost is 0.60 EUR per trip or 2.30 EUR for a whole day.
