7:40 Pasanger train leaving from Riga Central Station to Krustpils.
8:55 Special bus leaving from Vārpa hotel/guesthouse in Jekabpils to the venue.
9:10 Special bus leaving from Daugavkrasti hotel in Jekabpils to the venue.
9:48 Train from Riga arriving at Krustpils train station.
9:50 Special bus leaving from Krustpils train station to the venue.

9:15-09:55 Confirmation of participation (registration) for all players.
9:55-10:10 Confirmation of participation (registration) only for players arrived by the morning train.

10:20 - 10:40 Opening ceremony

10:45 - 13:15* Stage 1. Groups.
1 hour lunch break (the lunch set can be pre-ordered during pre-registration)
14:15* - 17:15* Stage 2. Divisions.
17:30* - (~21:30) Stage 3. Play-off.

5 minutes after the last final game - Awarding ceremony.

18:40 Special bus leaving from the venue to Krustpils train station to take the last train to Riga.
15 min after ceremony: Special bus leaving from the venue to hotel(s) in Jekabpils.

9:00-9:40 Confirmation of participation (registration) for all players.

9:40-9:45 Meeting of all captains of teams.

9:45-13:00 Stage 1. Groups.
45 min lunch break (the lunch set can be pre-ordered during pre-registration)
14:15  - 16:30 Stage 2. Divisions.
16:30  - 19:30 Stage 3. Play-off and placement games

5 minutes after the last final game - Awarding ceremony.

15 min after ceremony: Special bus leaving from the venue to hotel(s) in Jekabpils and to Jekabpils bus station.
