Breakfast
Can be ordered at hotel for 5 EUR/person if booked with room (or 6 EUR if you decide to pay right before eating). Available during your stay at hotel.
Lunch
Lunch menu set will be available all 3 days at the venue (RKV). Price is 5 EUR per one set. This will include sets like soup, chicken/pork with potatoes, side salad, souse and drink.
Dinner
Dinner menu set will be available all 3 days at the venue (RKV), if number of orders will be high. Price is 4 EUR per one set. This will include sets like fish/meat with rise/pasta/potatoes, side salad, souse and drink.
All meals have to be pre-ordered and paid at registration where you will receive meal tickets!

Since Riga this year is European Capital of Culture, it is very complicated situation with hotel booking, especially in summer time.
Prices and number of pre-booked rooms are guaranteed till May 10, 2014.
Prices are starting from 12.5 EUR per person per night and this includes:
-) Accommodation in selected room with own WC/shower, TV and WIFI available;
-) free transfer in the mornings of Friday, Saturday and Sunday from hotel to the venue (RKV);
-) free transfer in the evenings of Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the venue (RKV) to hotel.
Price does not include any meals.
You can choose Twin rooms (TWN - for 2 persons), TRIPLE rooms for 3 persons and also there are available SNG (single rooms) and very limited number of Family 4 and Family 5 rooms.
